INTEGRATION USE CASE

Keep buyers informed about their orders

When an order's status changes, the store can send the buyer a clear notification through an agreed channel. Senden API connects your order system to connected accounts.

How to set up the workflow

01

Order confirmation

Your system creates a message with the order number and next steps. Sending takes place through the shared API queue.

02

Payment and fulfilment

An event in the accounting system triggers a notification or the transfer of an invoice, instructions or another document.

03

Buyer reply

The incoming event returns to the store's handler. It can be passed to an agent together with the order context.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

Order #124 accepted → document with details → delivery status update → buyer reply in support.

Buyers can better understand what is happening with their orders, while the team handles questions without losing context.

What to consider before launch

Send messages to recipients who expect them. The queued status confirms queuing, not delivery; check the outcome through available events and history.

Connect a test account, check the commands supported by the chosen messenger and run an agreed test in your project. Keep message IDs and use one idempotency key for each operation.
