INTEGRATION USE CASE

Support with consistent handling logic

Senden API provides the transport layer for your helpdesk system. You build ticket routing, the agent workspace and service rules in your own product.

How to set up the workflow

01

Receive a request

A signed webhook, SSE or the notification queue passes the event to your system.

02

Find context

The system uses connection and chat IDs, retrieves the available history and links the request to the customer.

03

Reply and hand over

An agent or an agreed automated workflow sends text and files. The internal system distributes tasks among staff.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

Refund question → support ticket → order check → agent reply and an instruction file.

A consistent approach to channel integration while preserving the support processes you choose.

What to consider before launch

A complete team helpdesk with agent assignment is a separate integration. Native commands and available statuses differ between messengers.

Connect a test account, check the commands supported by the chosen messenger and run an agreed test in your project. Keep message IDs and use one idempotency key for each operation.
