INTEGRATION USE CASE

Conversations become part of the deal

A request arrives in a messenger while the sales manager works in the CRM. Senden API passes messages and events to your integration, keeping customer context alongside the deal.

How to set up the workflow

01

New request

A webhook handler or SSE stream receives the event. Your integration matches the chat ID to a contact and creates a task for the sales manager.

02

Stage change

The CRM initiates an agreed customer notification: a request for information, an appointment confirmation or the next step for the request.

03

Documents in context

An invoice, proposal or PDF is sent as a file. History and identifiers are linked to the deal record.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

Customer submits a request → CRM event → sales manager task → personal reply from the selected account.

Less manual copying of messages and a clear link between conversations, contacts and sales.

What to consider before launch

A ready-made module for a particular CRM is not provided automatically: your developer implements the connection to its API. Use real chat IDs and a separate API key for each integration.

Connect a test account, check the commands supported by the chosen messenger and run an agreed test in your project. Keep message IDs and use one idempotency key for each operation.
