Terms for permitted Senden API integrations. Language does not establish service or payment availability in any country.

1. Provider and contract
The Provider is Russian individual entrepreneur Kirill Anatolyevich Losinsky (ИП Лосинский Кирилл Анатольевич), INN 740415769736, OGRNIP 317745600124301; support@api-senden.ru. Address and bank details appear below. Remote dashboard/API access is provided for ordinary WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX accounts, without claiming an official partnership.

Acceptance is a separate active action recording version, language, time and hashes. Privacy acknowledgement, processing instructions and optional consent are distinct. Translations convey equivalent terms; discrepancies do not remove mandatory rights and should be reported for correction. Accepted earlier versions are obtainable through support and are not retrospectively replaced. Users need legal capacity and authority; a “business” selection does not remove actual consumer rights.

2. User obligations
Connect only accounts you may lawfully manage, protect passwords/keys/codes, and limit staff and AI access. You determine recipients, content, grounds and timing, ensure lawful contacts, advertising, content and personal-data use, follow messenger rules and review AI output. An incoming message alone authorizes neither disclosure nor payment nor acting for another person.

Spam, fraud, phishing, malware, access circumvention, unlawful advertising and infringement are prohibited. State secrets, card secrets, biometrics, special categories and children’s data require a separately agreed lawful regime.

3. Functions and money
Commands depend on transport, permissions and account state. Acceptance or queueing is not delivery. Platforms may change protocols or block accounts. Without SLA, continuity, freedom from blocks, profit and suitability for critical processes are not guaranteed. The Provider supplies agreed functions in good faith and remedies its own faults. Keep copies; investigate uncertain operations before creating duplicates with a new key.

Price, scope, period and taxes are agreed before a paid order; accounting currency is RUB. Balance is an advance only for this Provider. Adding funds does not accept unknown tariffs. Automatic paid charging is not activated. Payment methods and supported countries depend on actual availability; a translated page does not enable cards or international payments.

4. Liability and ending
In business relationships only where legally permitted, compensation covers proven direct loss from the Provider’s culpable breach; lost profit/indirect loss are excluded and the cap per cause is the payment for the affected service in the preceding three months. Return of unused advances is outside the cap. No cap applies to intent, gross negligence, death/personal injury, mandatory data liability, breach of essential obligations or other non-limitable claims; essential obligations and mandatory consumer rights remain.

An external outage is not automatically force majeure. Users reimburse only proven losses and reasonable costs caused by their breach, within lawful limits; the Provider’s own breaches and public penalties are not automatically shifted. Security threats, substantiated misuse indications or lawful orders permit proportionate suspension, explaining reasons and remediation where permissible. Users may stop, request closure and return of the remainder; advances are not confiscated.

5. Changes and mandatory law
Material changes are notified at least 30 days ahead, except urgent legal/security requirements. Future paid orders need clear confirmation of new prices/versions; existing agreements do not change retrospectively. Complaints without passwords: support@api-senden.ru; reply within 10 working days unless law requires sooner.

Russian law applies without removing otherwise applicable mandatory protection, including home-country rules when their conditions are met. Mandatory jurisdiction, data-authority complaints, courts and applicable EU, German, Spanish or Chinese remedies remain. Applicability follows law and activities, not language. Invalid clauses are severed from remaining lawful terms. Publishing translations does not claim worldwide compliance.
